If the Hirer is in any doubt as to the meaning of the following, a representative from Bounce-R-Us should immediately be consulted.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury to users or damage to the equipment (which includes all items supplied by Bounce-R-Us). PLEASE READ the following safety instructions and ensure that they are followed:

Please be aware of the safety aspects we have to adhere to as a hire company.
The big main issue is WIND. If the forecast is looking around and predicted for 24mph INCLUDING GUSTS then we (bounce-r-us) as a hire company cannot and will not inflate any inflatable outside. We take full safety precautions so please do not expect us to put any inflatable equipment out in the windy conditions. We do this as a full time business and do not cancel for the sake of it.
-We only hire on REAL GRASS not FAKE GRASS. No hardstanding i.e NO concrete, slabs, paving slabs, stones, gravel,

NO HENNA PAINT
NO SILLY STRING
NO PARTY POPPERS
NO WATER (IE) HOSE PIPES TO BE USED AT ANY TIME
NO FOOD
NO SWEETS
NO DRINKS
None of these items to be taken onto any inflatable at any time.
There will be a cleaning charge if the castle comes back with any of these items on the inflatable equipment.
-Once the inflatable is in position and pegged down it is NOT allowed to be moved at any time.
- A Responsible Person over 18 Years of Age Must Supervise each Inflatable At All Times.
- Any Soft Play and/or other Equipment Hired Must Also be Supervised by a Responsible Adult.
- Please Ensure that No-One over the stated Age Uses the Equipment.
- The Inflatable/s Must Be Secured to the Ground At All Times.
- No Food or Drinks Are to Be Consumed on the Inflatable (to avoid choking and mess).
- All Shoes, Badges and Jewellery (e.g. large Earrings, Necklaces, Glasses etc.) Must Be Removed to Avoid Damage to the Equipment and Injury to yourself or Other Users. It is Recommended that Spectacles and Plastic Alice Bands are Also Removed. Adults Must Remove High-Heeled Shoes before Stepping on Mats.
- Ensure that the Equipment is not Overcrowded and Limit the Numbers Depending on the Age and Size of Children Using it According to the Recommendations Printed on the Equipment (on or near the front step of most Inflatables).
- Do Not Allow Children to Take any Hard or Sharp Objects onto the Equipment, or Anything Large Enough to Block Exits/Entrances.
- Do Not allow Children to take Balloons on to the Equipment (burst Balloons and Strings can be a choking Hazard).
- No Party-Poppers, Henna, Face Paint, Coloured Streamers or “Silly String” Can Be Used Near or On the Equipment, as they Can Permanently Stain.
- No Water or other Liquid to be Poured or Sprayed onto the Equipment (other than a reasonable amount for cleaning purposes) as It Causes the Surface of Inflatables to become Slippery, Damages Soft Play, and Can Result in Subsequent Bookings being Cancelled if the Equipment is Too Wet to be Delivered. If Equipment is Deliberately Soaked You Will Be Charged Double Your Hire Fee to Cover Our Costs in Subsequent Cancelled Bookings and Drying Time.
We Will Not Set Up in the Event of Rain or High Wind Speeds including Gusts of 24 mph and above. We Have the Right to Come and Take Down any Inflatable during the Party/Event if We Believe it’s Unsafe.
- No Smoking, Barbecues, Glass or Animals On or Near the Equipment.
- Reckless or Boisterous Behaviour Must Not Be Allowed.
- Avoid Large Children and Small Children from Using the Equipment at the Same Time.
- Climbing, Hanging, or Sitting on the Walls is Dangerous and Must Not Be Allowed.
- Children Must Use Slides One at a Time and Must Not Climb on the Sides of the Slide.
- Slides Should Be Used in a Sitting Position, Feet First – Do Not Allow Jumping from the Top of the Slide.
- Safety Mats Must Be Positioned at the Bottom of the Slide.
- Ensure that Mats Supplied with the Equipment Remain Where They Were Positioned During Installation.
- Do Not Allow Anyone to Bounce on the Step/Front Apron of the Inflatable/s. The Step is there to Help Users Get On and Off.
- No-One with a History of Back or Neck Problems Should Be Allowed on the Inflatable/s.
- Do Not Allow Users on the Inflatable/s During Inflation or Deflation.
IMPORTANT: If more than one blower is being run from a single extension lead you must unplug all but one blower before switching back on, plug the remaining blowers in one at a time only when each inflatable or part is fully inflated.
In the event of rain please remove children from the inflatable/s and place a table or similar object over the blower/s to prevent water from being blown inside the inflatable/s. Do Not switch the blower/s off. Once the rain has stopped, please ensure that the entrance and exit to the inflatable/s are dried with a towel before children are allowed back on as they become slippery when wet.
- Ensure that the vent on the side of the blower is kept clear at all times.
- Should a blower overheat or lose power, immediately remove children from the inflatable and switch the blower off at the mains. It should restart when switched back on again 1 or 2 minutes later. If it does not, then please inform us on the telephone number below.
- Bounce-R-Us must be advised as soon as possible in the event of any injury requiring professional medical treatment. Treatment must be sought within 2 Hours of the injury occurring and a detailed record of the incident and treatment must be provided to Bounce-R-Us .
- All inflatables/equipment remains the property of Bounce-R-Us At All Times.
- No booking will be confirmed until a £50 Non-Refundable Fee has been paid. For residential bookings the remaining balance can be paid on the day in cash on delivery. Corporate Events, Weddings, Christenings, School Events the remaining balance must be paid within two weeks of your event. No inflatable/equipment will be set up or left without full payment in place. Once a booking has been made, whether online or verbally & the non-refundable fee has been received, it is deemed that the hirer has read, understood and fully agrees to and is fully bound by our “Terms & Conditions of Use”, “Terms & Conditions of Business” along with our payments & cancellations policies.
- The advertised prices can be Subject to Change without prior notification. Bounce-R-Us have the right to substitute hired inflatable/equipment with a similar type and cost without notifying the hirer, if the equipment has been damaged, or the loss of the booked equipment. All sizes are an approximate measurement.
- Bounce-R-Us will refuse delivery if the site or hall etc are deemed to be unsuitable or safe by the delivery driver or if the hirer has not notified us of any delivery obstructions such as stairs or distances to the required site of the inflatable/equipment. No refund will be given & full payment will be due, if not already paid.
- Hired inflatable/equipment will only be set up once. This will be in an agreed area on arrival and will not be moved once unloaded. Under NO circumstances must the inflatable/equipment be moved by a hirer.
- Please be conscious that inflatables can be unpredictable in some weather conditions. The company policy is that the driver will turn up regardless of the weather and set up the inflatable, however safety is first and foremost in our minds and although items may have been set up, they may not be suitable to use during high winds and rain. The company will not compromise on safety regardless of the loss of revenue or expense on your part. Inflatables should not be used if wind conditions are above 24 mph. The hirer is responsible at all times and should endure that suitable precautions are taken to avoid injury, unless our staff are manning the inflatable. “Please remember safety is paramount”. The beaufort scale is used to assist with our decisions, along with an anemometer on the day. If you don’t have one of these, please let me know and I will happily provide you with one on the day. Please remember to return this to the driver on collection.
- The company reserves the right to cease operation & remove the inflatable/equipment if the representative of the company feels that the hirer or their guests are endangering the safety of themselves or others. If this happens, No refund will be given.
- The hirer agrees to indemnify the company for any damage or the loss of the inflatable/equipment whilst on hire.
- The company “Bounce-R-Us” accept no liability for any injury whilst using the inflatable/equipment, they also accept no liability for any damage or loss of personal property.

PAYMENTS
Bounce-R-Us Try To Be As Flexible As Possible, However We Do Not Offer Credit Under Any Circumstances.
• Cheques or Bankers Drafts: Payments Made by Cheque or Draft are Accepted but Must Be Received at least 14 days Prior to a Corporate Event or at least 10 Days prior to a Private Function (This will ensure cleared Funds before your Event Date). The Cheque or Draft Should Be Made Payable to Mr Alan Read and Should Be Posted to 23B Little London, Swindon, SN1 3HU with Your Name, Address, Event, Date and Invoice Number on the Reverse.
• Bacs/Chaps/Balance Transfer: These Are Accepted Providing Payment is Received at least 14 Days prior to a Corporate Event or at least 48 Hours prior to a Private Function. Please contact us or Request an Invoice for Full Payment details.
• Card Payment: We Take Payments via Debit Card and Credit Card.
• Cash: Cash Payments are Accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit payment of £50 minimum has to be paid to secure any booking. This payment is NON-REFUNDABLE at any time.
Once an Order Has Been Placed and the £50 Has Been Paid You Have Entered into a Contract with Us, However as a Company We Understand that Things Can Change and Sometimes Cancellations are Needed. Please See Below our Cancellation Policy. This Policy is in Place to Protect your Best Interests, to Safeguard Us and to Ensure that Any of Our out of Pocket Fees are Covered.
· Orders up to £100: Cancellations will be Accepted If You Give Us a Minimum of 7Days Prior to the Date of Your Party/Event, However the £50 Fee that You Paid when Ordering the Inflatable/Equipment will be Non-Refundable. If you Cancel with less than 48 Hours (including if we arrive on site) your Order will be Subject to 100% Cancellation Fee. The Reason for Paying the Cancellation Fee is Due to the Work that Has Gone in to Organising the Equipment, Testing and Staff Commitments Which Will Have to be Paid for Regardless of Whether Your Party/Event Takes Place.
· Orders from £100 to £200: Cancellations Will Be Accepted If You Give Us a Minimum of 7 Days Prior to the Date of your Party/Event, However the £50 Fee that You Paid when Ordering the Inflatable/Equipment will be Non-Refundable. If you Cancel with less than 48 Hours (including if we arrive on site) your Order will be Subject to 100% Cancellation Fee. The Reason for Paying these Cancellation Fees is due to the Work that has Gone in to Organising the Equipment, Testing and Staff Commitments which Will Have to be Paid for Regardless of Whether your Party/Event Takes Place.
· Orders from £200 to £400: Cancellations Will Be Accepted if You Give us a Minimum of 14 Days prior to the Date of your Party/Event, However the £50 Fee that you Paid when Ordering the Inflatable/Equipment will be Non-Refundable. If for Any Reason that you Cancel in less than 48 Hours (including if we arrive on site) your Order will be subject to 100% Cancellation Fee. The Reason for Paying these Cancellation Fees is Due to the Work that has gone in to Organising the Equipment, Testing and Staff Commitments which Will Have to be Paid for Regardless of Whether your Party/Event Takes Place.
· Orders over £400: Cancellations will be Accepted but Unfortunately a 75% Cancellation Fee will be Payable whenever the Cancellation is Made due to the large Amount of Preparation that has gone into Organising the Party/Event. If for Any Reason that you Cancel with less than 48 Hours (including if we arrive on site) Your Order will be Subject to 100% Cancellation Fee. The Reason for Paying these Cancellation Fees is due to the Work that has gone in to Organising the Equipment, Testing and Staff Commitments which Will Have to be Paid for Regardless of Whether your Party/Event Takes Place.
Other Reasons for Cancellations: If our Driver Arrives on Site and Unfortunately the Inflatable/Equipment Does Not Fit, then Bounce-R-Us Will Not Accept this as a Cancellation. We Will Always Try Our Best to Provide You with an Alternative but the Driver Can Only Be With You for a Certain Amount of Time. He Cannot Allow Himself to be Late for Other Customers. If for Any Reason We Are Unable to Help, there Will Still Be a 100% Cancellation Fee Payable due to the Amount of Work that has been done prior to the Arrival of Our Driver.
Generators: The Payments Made for Generator Hire are Non-Refundable as Bounce-R-Us Hire them in When Needed.
Bad Weather: Bounce-R-Us Will Always Turn Up On Site, Regardless of the Weather. If our Driver Arrives on Site and You Have Decided that You Do Not Want the Inflatable/Equipment, You Will Need to Provide the Driver with a Cancellation Number. If You Do Not Have This, then 100% Payment Will Need to be Made, If Not Already Done So.
DISCLAIMER
Please Note That All Persons Using this Equipment Do So At Their Own Risk. The Person/Organization Hiring the Equipment will be Responsible/Liable for Any Damage or Injury Occurring from or as a Result of Misuse or Reckless Use. These Guidelines Are for the Safety of all People Using this Equipment, and it is the Sole Responsibility of the Hirer to Ensure They Are Adhered to. Bounce-R-Us Cannot Accept Any Responsibility for Any Injury Caused to Anyone Using this Equipment.
I Acknowledge Receipt of the Equipment in a Good, Clean Condition and Agree to Abide by the Terms and Conditions listed above and Return the Equipment in the Same Condition it was Received In. (Please note if the Inflatable is collected in a dirty condition then the Person Hiring it will incur a cleaning charge from £100.00 depending on Unit Hired.) Please Return Balls to Ball Pool in the net provided Before Collection.
